Request to delete your data.

You can ask us to delete your Dance World account and the personal information we hold about you and your dancers. Fill in the form and we’ll confirm by email once it’s done.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in details, your contact details, your dancers’ profiles, and the information you gave us through the app — including emergency contacts and any medical requirements you recorded.

What your dance school keeps, and why

Your dance school is a separate organisation. It decides what it keeps about its own students, and it has its own obligations — enrolment and attendance history, and invoices and payment records it needs for its accounts and its tax obligations. Deleting your Dance World account does not erase those, and we can’t make that decision on your school’s behalf.

If you want your school’s own records removed as well, ask them directly. We’ll tell you what we have deleted on our side either way.

How long it takes

We aim to action requests within 30 days and will email you at the address below when it’s done. We may come back to you first if we need to confirm it’s really you.
